Your Adventure Activity Plan

April 25, 2016

We places these campsites in the best locations do you can enjoy a bunch of fun, free or both activities.

Download and bring the "Karri Forest Explorer Drive" brochure - it gives you a great idea of the beautiful tourist attractions linking together as an 88km tourist drive.

The Warren National Park is located around 15km from Pemberton. Travel South from Pemberton along the Pemberton-Northcliffe Rd and turn into Old Vasse Rd (8km south of town). Your first stop on the LHS is the Bicentennial Tree, the tallest climbing tree in the world at 71m tall! This National Park is where you will be staying if you are at Drafty’s or Warren Campsite.

Download the walking track and brochure here – a favourite walk is to park at the Pemberton Wine Centre or Bicentennial Tree and walk the Warren National Park circuit. Stop back at your camp for a lunch before walking back to your car!

Bring your bikes (or hire them here) – there are a great selection of cycle trails around the forest.

Bring a canoe (or join a tour) – your campsites are just near the canoe launch in the Warren River. Another serious canoe adventure is heading down the Donnelly River - but you can link in with a tour to make your life a little easier...

Bring your 4WD (or join a tour) – the offroad options are fabulous! The Yeagarup Dunes are just around the corner and you can always test your skills along the beach at Windy Harbour.

From wineries, galleries and more – download the free Map on Pemberton and include it in your list of things to bring (save it on your smart phone).

You also may like to go through the Department of Parks and Wildlife information sheets on the different parks in the state - scroll down to "Australia's South West"
